Kudos to the Deerfield, Illinois school system…

…which is holding panel discussions this week for freshmen about what it’s like to be GLBT and in high school. Some parents have, not surprisingly, taken exception to the presentations, alleging that such discussions promote homosexuality. But the school district is standing firm.
